Update1:
We confirm that this event will be held in Estonia. Preliminary venue is lake Vortsjarv, but we have backup locations in Parnu, Topu Bay and our islands (Saaremaa and Hiiumaa).
Final venue confirmation will be on Wendsday (27.02.2019) at latest 19:00 (GMT+2).

Regatta headquarters and race office will be in the hotel (Grand Hotel Viljandi, Tartu 11 / Lossi 29 Viljandi, 71004).
Registration will be in race office, equipment inspection will be near the launching site.
